can't get past the first clue. numbers seem to represent words and letters, or perhaps a sequence. Listen for the taps, and Clue in the source don't seem to shed any light.

hints anyone?

The introduction helps a little bit, and provides an email address. Googling helps.

this is tough!

Anonymous said...

I'm supposed to be "In a solid pain", but no clue where that is. It fun trying to figure it out, though...

Anonymous said...

... being asked to seek the truth. huh?

Anonymous said...

Anyone have any clues on the "Devils or Angels" thing?

Anonymous said...

Use the hints in the source

Anonymous said...

I'm stuck at (1,4) (1,5) (3,3) (5,1) (1,5) (4,2)

Anonymous said...

I'm getting close. Suduko time!

"Anyone have any clues on the "Devils or Angels" thing? "

I Did! I've tried everything from Anaheim to Tampa Bay to the Denver Kent Angels and the East Denver Devils.... I"m not getting it. Nothing is working.

It would appear that you probably forgot to use lower-case. Try again!

Since you brought the map, I'll buy you a hot dog and a beer. The street we're on reminds me of his first movie. Let's meet there. ??? Who's first movie

Anonymous said...

I'm guessing that it is the first movie Mickey Mouse was in as we are in the city where disney land is.

Anonymous said...

But if your buying a beer and a hot dog wouldn't oyu be at a ballpark? Maybe a street one of the teams in the area plays on?

Anonymous said...

I've tried several... clementine, diablo, mickey, magic, authentic, rampart, gene, autry, geneautry, orangewood, all are streets near the stadium but none work

Anonymous said...

geneautry's first movie... two words together... begin with s & ends with e

Anonymous said...

Do you have a passport?
Drop the new act and go to the CITY. ??? any suggestions?

Anonymous said...

finally finished it... lot's of fun. good luck to all.

Anonymous said...

Do you have a passport?
Drop the new act and go to the CITY. ??? any suggestions?

Key words: new & city

Anonymous said...

I need a little more help with drop the new act and go to the CITY? any one have a few more suggestions or locations i can use to get to the answer?

This one took me a while to figure out as well. Here are some hints:

1) Why would you need a 'passport'?
2) The 'new' clue is related to a major "thing" the southwest (where "thing" is being vague to not give it away completely), and geographically not to far from the current city in the puzzle
3) The final destination is a "city", so you'll need to be sure that your answer is the name of a city.
4) As always, the answer will be in lower case

If you still have trouble, email smittyriddle@gmail.com

Good luck

'I'm glad you made it here. If you're feeling lucky in this country, you can find some import partners. Meet me at the capital city of the smallest partner.'

What do I google for this? Countries that Mexico imports from or exports to?

Anonymous said...

Just google or use wikipedia for Mexico's Import partners.

Anonymous said...

Where do I seek the truth? It's not washington dc.

Anonymous said...

"In a solid pain"???

Hints, please!

Anonymous said...

Apparently the United States has had nine different capitals, and the answer they seek isn't Philadelphia either, which was the first and the last before washington dc.

Anonymous said...

"In a solid pain"

All I will say is use google.

Anonymous said...

for "in a solid pain" focus on "IN" as a place. remember, it's "in In a solid pain."

Anonymous said...

"I think we are being followed. Seek the truth and hurry to the capital of the United States."

I type in "washingtondc,"
but it says "You have not sought the truth." So then I tried "federalcity,"washingtoncity," and "districtofcolumbia," but it just says "Wrong. You are lost." HELP! It specifically asks for the US capital, which what I entered!?!

Anonymous said...

"Seek The Truth". . .tagline for the "Da Vinci Code". . .

Anonymous said...

Does this riddle keep going in circles? Once I have entered the capital city, it goes back to "Well done. I am confident I can trust you. Where I am, form follows finance. But once you find the city, you need to find a place to park."

Anonymous said...

I stuck on part 9, too. Any help would be nice.

Anonymous said...

"Form Follows Finance: Skyscrapers and Skylines in New York and Chicago"

But, what does "a place to park" have to do with this?

Anonymous said...

I'm on #10. I solved the puzzle, found the city name, translated it into German, unscramble it, and was given a picture of two buildings (which I've never seen before). Any hints would be helpful! Thanks! =)

Anonymous said...

Finish!!!

Anonymous said...

"a place to park" -- it wants the name of the city, then the name of the park. Once you find the city, a quick use of google earth/maps will help you identify the park.

re: #10 -- do a google image search for twin skyscrapers. you'll see the picture, then look at the context!

Anonymous said...

there is an online list of all nine US capitals. google it and then try entering each one in sequence.

Anonymous said...

I finished it rather quickly. It was a fun puzzle. I'm interested to see where they go with it next.

Anonymous said...

in Indiana a solid pain???

googled it and nothing came up

Anonymous said...

Think anagram

Anonymous said...

Six - That sushi made me sick. Now I'm in In a solid pain. ??? anagram?

Anonymous said...

indianapolis. you're not very good at this.

Anonymous said...

Can you add a new blog for the conspiracy game?
...
part 4
dreamland, lincoln, groom lake, area 51
part 5
...

Anonymous said...

one time in denver, I was watching Anaheim play ball when my girlfriend started talking about her drive from santafe to mexico city. I didn't care so I told her to try the tokyo style sushi. The guy who made it was from Indianapolis. He was nice we both thought.

Anonymous said...

i'm stuck on mexican import partners. i can't find any sites with a country listing no matter what i google--let alone the "smallest" country... any help???

Anonymous said...

nevermind. i figured it out.

Anonymous said...

Be careful in the Amazon. Get out of "Harm's Way" and find out what class the Indianapolis was in.

Anonymous said...

ok, when looking at the page titles, i went in this order:

one, two, three, four, [no number given], ten

i have a feeling i skipped a few by accident. this site needs some error prevention installed...

Anonymous said...

Very clever 2:44... 8:02 a little farther would be...

Anonymous said...

form follows finance? would that be new york or manhattan?
I tried centralpark, manhattancentralpark, manhattanpark

Anonymous said...

look at the source for 9 - it gives you a picture of what I assume would be the park. You can use google images to look at it.

Anonymous said...

http://riddle.nirajsanghvi.com/princeton/trygooglesatellite.png

Anonymous said...

for #9 - just winkipedia a list of "parks of chicago". it's a short list, and the answer is on it.

FINALLY finished it!! woohoo!! can't wait to continue....

Anonymous said...

need help on #10 - the Soduku was easy but i don't know where to go from here my number was 843662

Anonymous said...

it says "hope you have your cell phone"...

then it says "translate the city name into German"...

get it now??

Anonymous said...

843 is SC isn't it?

Anonymous said...

Florence is Florenz in german right?

Anonymous said...

or is the city effingham

Anonymous said...

everyone's number is the same. look on a standard phone and see what letters correspond to each number. technically, there are 729 possible combinations, but if you don't have to ask for help you might be smart enough to see the answer. translate the city name from the german (e.g. babelfish) and away you go!

Anonymous said...

I'm dumb, still stuck on Mexico's importer.

Anonymous said...

8:32 read above... the answers are all given. All but level 10 gives the exact name/spelling.

Anonymous said...

anon 4:44
but if you don't have to ask for help you might be smart enough to see the answer
ever consider english as a subject?

I still need help on #10
